      Avantages

      Some of your coworkers will become your closest friends. Flexible work hours (depending on which department you are in) Exciting projects and shows to work on. Amazing discounts on Disney merchandise and free park tickets.

      Inconvénients

      Lower pay compared to entertainment industry average. Lots of office politics. Decisions are made 'just because' and without any strategy. Very slow upward mobility for employees. Lack of internal promotion. HR is unresponsive and unhelpful. No support or any advice whatsoever when multiple employees and I have reached out to them for issues.

      Avantages

      Loved working here. My main role was account management and driving new business. I was also responsible for selling event sponsorships. The benefits were generous. Good salary plus commissions. Flexibility to work from home as needed. Loved the Disney benefits.

      Inconvénients

      Sales is tough in the Bay Area due to traffic and dense population, so lots of time is spent in the car.
