      lots of opportunities for advancement (but that is mostly because of the high turn over rate) laid back environment fun parties and outings

      Inconvénients

      low pay high stress environment with unmanageable workload little support from managers us vs them mentality between agents and other departments when you should be working together

      Avantages

      They provide everything you need to succeed and have a great reputation in the industry. The office locations are good. Their staff is always friendly and helpful.

      Inconvénients

      They use Outlook for email, a yearly risk management fee is required, their tech feels less modern at times.
