      Pays above market average specially if hired from other firms, pays bonus 2x a year, work from anywhere

      Inconvénients

      Monthly salary is low (about 1/3 of year total and the rest is payed on the bonuses), some position don’t have work-salary balance and can require a lot of extra hours
