Excellent work-life balance, friendly and generally amusing co-workers and environment, really great office perks and medical benefits
Inconvénients
All of that had to be paid for somehow, and that "somehow" is an atrociously poor compensation structure that seems to be at least 20% below local industry standards, if not much more. And while management is friendly, they are frustratingly opaque.
