      It is a good company to work on, have a nice work environment and a great way to grow.

      Inconvénients

      They should add some bonuses for the great work that all people does. should have 3 shift instead of 2.

      Avantages

      Pay was better than most places at the beginning.

      Inconvénients

      Upper management has zero clue how to connect with the employees at the shop level. Over-delegation with zero accountability. Problems aren’t actually solved, they’re just redirected in a way that creates more stress and issues for both employees and customers.
