10yWe are truly disappointed that this has been your experience at Roth Staffing. Our company strives to provide very clear pathways for success and communicates in abundance to all coworkers via Town Hall meetings, webinars, weekly news documents, interoffice letters via FedEx, daily news-pop up screens, and emails to ALL coworkers. Feedback like yours will only spark our efforts to be even more communicative. Our turnover is certainly not 100%, in fact, our turnover is much lower than the industry average. We will take a deep look for any branches that have recently experienced above average turnover in the past year to uncover where this perception might exist. Thank you for your criticism ... it only motivates us to be try even harder to create a great workplace. When we receive national recognition for being a Best Place to Work, it is solely based on the anonymous feedback from the people who work at our company and our leadership has no involvement in who outside organizations choose to honor. It is a humbling honor and something that actually raises the bar forcing us to be an even better employer tomorrow than we are today.
