      Avantages

      I was selected as a top performer and had the opportunity to go to Hawaii. Unlike other top performer trips this is truly a vacation. Roth Staffing takes care of every details to ensure you and your guest worry about no details. The generosity and caring is like no other company I have worked for!! I have found my coworkers and leadership to be caring, generous, genuine, go-getters and people I respect.

      Avantages

      There is a great culture and the team is always willing to work with one another. People are kind, hard working, easy to get along with.

      Inconvénients

      Feeling stagnant even after voicing the desire to the next step. There’s no bonuses for experience coordinators, and no yearly increase.
