      Training is lacking and not comprehensive. Little guidance to those who are new to the industry.

      Thank you for your positive feedback regarding our competitive salary offerings and benefits. We also appreciate your feedback on your experience with the offered training opportunities. While we are in the midst of rolling out new learning paths, new training modules, and a new online university, we are disappointed you felt the existing training resources were not comprehensive. We welcome further feedback and hope you would be willing to email any of our senior leaders or corporate executives (whoever you feel most comfortable with) so that we can learn in which areas you hoped to receive more support (sales, operations, service, the overall industry itself?) We're always looking to train and develop our coworkers and appreciate your input greatly!

      Avantages

      There is a great culture and the team is always willing to work with one another. People are kind, hard working, easy to get along with.

      Inconvénients

      Feeling stagnant even after voicing the desire to the next step. There’s no bonuses for experience coordinators, and no yearly increase.
