Poor management and load planners and no dispatcher has the experience of driving a big truck and they treat u like do care about you, but they really don't care about you and all they care about is mighty dollar bills and not your health and safety and there maintenance support is terrible if truck batteries dies while on the road the have you routed to nearest terminal for need batteries and they don't want no other to do service on their trucks and it's all in house truck service with this company and advised to experienced drivers stay away from this company and they will cheating you out your miles. And getting harassed by your dispatcher by blowing up phones repeatedly every 30 minutes every day for no important reason why dispatcher calls u during your 10hr break and calling while you driving on the Road .
