      Avantages

      + the office in San Cugat is great + the food in the canteen is great (like really great)

      Inconvénients

      - they hire overqualified people (which is why I left. I entered because I thought it would be a good entry level position into Roche, but there was no mention on how to progress further and in other career paths)

      Avantages

      The benefits are good so far just like any other company

      Inconvénients

      Terrible managers Employees are getting away with traveling without using PTO when they are on EDO because they are friends with managers. This raises concerns regarding fairness, policy compliance, and equitable treatment of employees. If the manager dont like you, Your life will be hell and they will find the stupidest mistakes to kick you out. Again, some people get away of not using their pto and they will travel and claim they are working while manager is okay with it. Bunch of hypocrites
