      Avantages

      Due to the billions of processes everything moves at a snail pace. Get used to have meetings about meetings about subjects that are super irrellevant. In general nice place with good benefits, but don't expect a challenge for your mind.

      Inconvénients

      CEO wants to have people back to the office. Salaries are way below the market

      The benefits are good so far just like any other company

      Inconvénients

      Terrible managers Employees are getting away with traveling without using PTO when they are on EDO because they are friends with managers. This raises concerns regarding fairness, policy compliance, and equitable treatment of employees. If the manager dont like you, Your life will be hell and they will find the stupidest mistakes to kick you out. Again, some people get away of not using their pto and they will travel and claim they are working while manager is okay with it. Bunch of hypocrites
