Meetings and trainings are often only in Hungarian, even if there are foreigners who doesn't speak Hungarian very well.

The benefits are great and the pay is better than most.
Inconvénients
They care more about forcing efficiency measures than solving root problems. They want to enact "morale boost" events but refuse to ask why we were unhappy. This year they decided to devalue our pay and our efforts by giving everyone a static 2% raise
