      Work processes are well-organized. Premises are very clean. Facilities are nicely managed. Relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

      Inconvénients

      Low efficiency, low accountability, low bars in competency and quality of work. Too many managers per one engineer. Open floor work place is counterproductive for software engineering.
