Global opportunities to work with and learn from really intelligent people. Training and advancing your career were a priority to Roche, you mattered. I was Educated in multi cultural working, Travelled the world and was given opportunities to work with many high level colleagues who all took time to mentor me. Work life balance was always promoted. Fantastic organisation, good salaries and bonuses and pension scheme was amazing .
Inconvénients
The best opportunities are not in the UK and therefore I cannot apply again as I am now in The North of the U.K.
