If you want to be a financial consultant, RD is the starting place. You can grasp and learn a lot by counting on the support and mentoring of managers and experts. Everybody is really willing to help you and you feel somehow part of a family

Time constraints is not so clear most of the time, and the project guidelines as well...
Petite équipe et structure plate. A une bonne réputation et de gros clients. En tant que filiale de McKinsey, ce qui apporte beaucoup de possibilités et de grands projets.

Pas très facile pour les nouveaux diplômés. Responsables bizarres et environnement stressant. Il n'y a pas de bon système pour aider le débutant à se développer. Par vous-même.
