Avantages
Benefits and salary seem to be really good. Nice office although still working hybrid. Office managers try to make the place as nice as possible. Very multicultural place where people seem to enjoy working with one another. Some teams are really great with awesome culture. We enjoy the great perks of technology (guys it is worst outside) and if you have a great leader they shield you from a lot of the politics that kills your soul.
Inconvénients
In general, there is rampant workaholism. Culture of performance is so high and toxic. Unreasonable demands. Ridiculous schedules if you work with other timezones, often understaffed. People on sick leave is part of the game. A couple of tyrant narcissists fly under the radar because the corporation is so big. Growth is meh if you aren't already privileged.
