Inconvénients
- complete “try-hard” on AI. They are desperate to be seen as an AI company and seems like AI for the sake of it at times -Leadership bench (VP, SVP and C level leaders) are nothing to write home about. Very average backgrounds - exaggerated their work and someone managed to land a role here. CEO is decent though - They have zero female leaders at SVP, C level etc - if you are aspiring to grow in the ranks as a woman, please know you aren’t represented and this is not a diverse and inclusive organization when it comes to decisions being made - HR is clueless - needs to be more empowered on the poor culture and representation matters rather than just being mouthpieces of founders who don’t think beyond coding
