People who have never sold a day in their life, and your success/future is in their hands. They fail you in certifications on purpose, like a torture mind game. - If you have a bad or new manager, you are done for. Zero guidance, and if they are under pressure, it's your job on the line. - There is an expectation that you will become an expert in all aspects of the platform within the first few weeks. It's nearly impossible. - Multiple reports of marriages and families being destroyed because of this job.
