A highly bureaucratic work environment with a lot of gossip and a lack of transparency. There is no proper training for new employees, yet frustration arises when mistakes happen. Expectations are not clearly communicated, and there is little to no team support. Micromanagement and constant complaining are the norm. Be prepared to be thrown under the bus to cover up others' mistakes. Additionally, payroll issues are common. If you need a correction, be ready to waste time sending multiple emails to get it fixed.
