      Friendly colleagues Small company, exposure to different functionality. Great opportunity to learn how different department operates

      Inconvénients

      Wide job scope,staff generally overworked Little to no staff benefits (only basic medical insurance, no dental, health screening etc) HR does not priorities staff well being Uncompetitive compensation. Yearly increment 2-4%

      Strong brand recognition, exposure to luxury clients and experience handling customer service in a fast- moving environment.

      Inconvénients

      Workplace culture may not be the right fit for everyone. Communication and management support were inconsistent, which made the role challenging. Lots of gossips caused by management
