Avantages
Large company to work for. Capabilities through all different divisions is large. Most prospects know who RR Donnelley is.
Inconvénients
Very old school. They don't use a CRM like SalesForce.com - Mentality is "get out there and sell". A lot of lay-offs. They don't like when you sell through a different facility, for some reason it is frowned upon even though all facilities fall under the same company in RR Donnelley.
