Good package to start with.
Mimimal for every category. Very competitive business and US based so very difficult to provide benefits. For some it is the only option and does offer for those that wish to pay
I cannot say there is a good thing about the benefits offered. They truly suck !
The Canadian offices do not get the same benefits as other countries such as 401Ks available to US employees. The cost of the benefits is high (paycheque deductions). But the benefits are comprehensive as long as you pay for them.
No RSP matching and health benefits are expensive
You can pick your plan and you choose how much you want them to deduct from your paycheque
