During our 23-year history, we achieved many successes thanks to the ongoing passion and commitment of our employees and we are thankful for that. As we transition to a centralized organization that supports the creation of a new, unified and fully integrated platform, we had to make some tough decisions. Parting ways with our employees has been the most difficult part of our transformation, but unfortunately a necessary one from an operational standpoint.
