Avantages
Very interesting diverse work. Processes aren’t well defined so there is room for us PgM’s to implement.
Inconvénients
Too many reorganizations and poor management at times. When a reorg happens there is no expectation to learn what’s in place so information and processes go out the door. Simple organization is gone. Example new confluence wires and google drives without adding/altering what’s already in place. Impossible to keep information straight this way.
