      Avantages

      Had pretty good managers while being employed there. Flexible work schedule and great work-life balance.

      Inconvénients

      Hard to pivot to a different job if you have an interest in it. Several encounters with team members across multiple programs that did not create a welcoming or comfortable environment to grow in. Pay could be more competitive.

      Work is great, 4x10 schedule is perfect...

      Inconvénients

      It's far. I live over 60 miles and everyday in person is hell drive.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
