      Avantages

      Benefits are good. 401k Matching is great and no one can beat but could match. Salary solid and competitive. Work is exciting

      Inconvénients

      Large company problems with a lot of corporate marketing that never feels the impact of my team. Abysmal amount spent on amenities when it is a full in office job.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
