      Avantages

      The company has a great work life balance especially with Flex Time introduced this year. You work 4 days, and if you work extra, the time can be carry forward or backward to replenish PTO.

      Inconvénients

      Industry gets slow sometimes especially if the program stop funding.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
