      Great work environment with lots of talented and passionate people. Plenty of growth opportunities to advance within the company.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is somewhat lower than what is offered by other companies in the Bay Area. Most of the work is heavily tied to the government, so implementing change can be tedious.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
