      Decent pay/benefits, good PTO allowances and work/life balance with 4/10 schedules.

      Inconvénients

      Union makes running the business and one-time product delivery next to impossible, operators care little about the quality of their work and don't respect management. HR/Labor Relations teams are spineless and don't support any disciplinary action on represented employees.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
