This has been causing HUGE problems with design and production issues due to lack of knowledgeable, and experience. - Complicated processes causing major design and manufacturing issues which in turn becomes costly and delays productivity. Layoffs seem to focus on the long term, experienced employees. - management imposes ethics training but doesn't follow it themselves. If anyone does go to HR to lodge a complaint or concern they are next on the layoff list. We've seen this happen with a co-worker we had worked with for years. - loosing customers due to way they are running company. They are not meeting their requirements for some contracts or over spending on some others.
