Zero opportunities for leadership/management training, which is a problem because LM will not consider you for a management role unless you have this training. This requires one to change companies for any meaningful career progression. Cronyism is more important than technical competence and work ethic. This is blatant at the Level 6 and 7 level-- which is made up of many retired AF O-6s that made lateral moves via the revolving door. For culture, LM fully embraces the progressive ideology prevalent at the highest levels of the government and industry, so get your vaccine! LM should not have production facilities in CA due to the nonbusiness friendly regulatory environment.
