      great culture in the Akron office. Dedicated, genius co-workers

      Inconvénients

      Upper management out of touch. Lots of politics. Monetary compensation is lower than other companies. Akron site being shut down and moved to Orlando FL in 2015

      Great company! Given lots of opportunity to build new skills.

      Still have to maintain legacy application. Lots of red tape.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
