      Large, established, recognized company with many career paths and different business areas.

      Inconvénients

      Difficult to find job openings for the position you want if that's anything but software dev; management not keen on letting employees move from one department to another. Makes it difficult to get to the projects you actually want to work on.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
