      *Big Name *Company benefits are competitive and once your in your in * My first software engineering job out of college and they work with me and have helped develop me as an engineer

      Inconvénients

      *Contract work that works closely with the government so some of the same issues with government work leak in. *You have to leave in order to move up quick.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
