Perspective commerciale
Avantages
Lockheed is a great place to gain experience as an engineer. The people are great to work with and the company does a great job making sure everyone is in a safe working environment.
Inconvénients
Lack of effort to develop mid level engineers. Level 1 and 2 engineers are constantly rotating and changing positions but once you get higher than that it becomes much harder to rotate into new roles/sites. Very few experienced engineers are left training new employees over and over.
