      Avantages

      Pay/salary and benefits are great with a 10% match on an employee's 401K contributions.

      Inconvénients

      Some Corporate Managers and high level corporate executives play too many politics and favoritism. They practice very little ethical decisions and leave employees wondering what they did wrong. Little or no honesty among corporate managers and executives.

      Great company! Given lots of opportunity to build new skills.

      Still have to maintain legacy application. Lots of red tape.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
