Avantages
Work life balance is excellent with flexible holidays, hour structure, and leave schedules. Tremendous resources to spread best practices in the company. Good checks and balances in the management structure.
Inconvénients
Although the checks and balances can protect employees from an individual abusive manager, those managers are also protected as well. The process needs to put greater scrutiny on those with greater authority.
