If they paid their technicians more, they would be able to keep and attract the good techs. They wonder why they have so many poor technicians, it's because they are the only ones who are willing to take a poor salary in such an expensive city. And like everywhere else, the medical benefits have a HUGE deductible. So be prepared to pay thousands of dollars each year in medical bills.
