      Avantages

      Decent pay and benefits although employee share of benefits is growing. Good job security (at least in my area). Good first and second line management team.

      Inconvénients

      Upper level division management including executives full of people with huge egos who seem to enjoy belittling others. Division president rides in chauffer driven Escalade while talking about "draconian" cost cutting.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
