      Avantages

      I've had the opportunity to work with some wonderful people who have been so supportive and made all the other issues seem so much easier to deal with

      Inconvénients

      In my ten plus years of experience, I've never been so micromanaged. Salary information provided upon offer was misleading as were benefits. Also, learned only after joining that leave is earned only after 6 months of working.

      Great company! Given lots of opportunity to build new skills.

      Still have to maintain legacy application. Lots of red tape.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
