      The managers and people you work with are very friendly, helpful, and understanding, great vacation policy for an entry level but doesn’t change much after being there for a while.

      No cons yet, other than the lack of gain vacation time

      Still have to maintain legacy application. Lots of red tape.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
