      Avantages

      Big company- lots of benefits, but none that really stand out. Lots of internal postions, but you may have to relocate. Not enough vacation.

      Inconvénients

      Big Company, so big, their are so many mangers and layers to the top, its insane. Their raises stink, so negotiate a good rate when you take the job.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
