There is a lot of bureaucracy involved at Lockheed Martin Transportation & Security. I was not given much work to do for the first six months of my employment and the work given was not indicative of my education or experience. Management was not capable of alleviating my concerns and was content to bill me to the customer for work that I was not allowed to do and never actually did.
