      Avantages

      Not a bad place to start out of college. I have worked on many interesting projects. Very good place to get your feet wet.

      Inconvénients

      Little to no advancement after five years. Most who stay are there due to pension. Merit system is unfair, minimal room for growth other than band raises.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
