      Avantages

      They appreciate work/life balance and respond to hostile work environments by removing managers - sometimes.

      Inconvénients

      There are way too many "good ole boys" that have come through their careers together. The individual ones are bad enough, but together they trample on employees' rights to respect and fair treatment.

      Work is great, 4x10 schedule is perfect...

      Inconvénients

      It's far. I live over 60 miles and everyday in person is hell drive.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
