      Avantages

      There are good benefits and because it's a Fortune 500 company, there is national recognition. The cafe is convenient as well.

      Inconvénients

      There is lots of red tape which causes work to be slow paced. They are also bringing in lots of new hires and not doing a good job of investing in their careers.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
