      Avantages

      LM wins contacts and plays hardball to get and keep them. After being a sub to LM on other contracts Its like 'if you can't beat them, join them'.

      Inconvénients

      The bottom line is the bottom line. As a senior employee, don't expect annual pay raises other than 2 or 3 %.

      I have zero bad things to say about LM. It was a pleasure working for them.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
