      Avantages

      Relaxed environment with opportunities to mix with very senior employees and gain an insight into how the company works. Work life balance is good with many business areas now operating '9/75' which means working an extra hour each day in order to get every second Friday off.

      Inconvénients

      Few opportunities to get promoted internally unless you are willing to relocate. Many employees are ex military so hierarchy is key.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
