Avantages
Fantastic group of people to work with, highly dedicated and willing to go the extra mile to ensure program success. Very motivated to prove they are able to take on additional assignments.
Inconvénients
Communication could be a challenge as the program was managed across different locations and had several components that needed to be centralized. Talented managers were let go in order to come in at or better than the cost that was budgeted.
