      Avantages

      Very flexible, telecommuting allowed. Great supervisor allowed for career growth and leadership opportunities. Benefits were great, team was great as well.

      Inconvénients

      Lost contract due to poor management under the National Library of Medicine umbrella. Failed to ensure staff was appropriately moved into new teams.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
